Internal Chat

Internal chat is created to be a hub of intra-DAO communication, while maintaining the highest level of privacy and security through private key encryption. More information on Message encryption can be seen in the Chat Technical Architecture sub-section.

The internal Chat houses the following features:

Channels

• View all channels the user currently belongs to

• View all messages from the selected channel

• View all members in the selected channel

• Add an internal member to a channel

• You can add any internal DAO member to the channel

• Create a new channel with members of the internal DAO

Direct Messages

• View private messages

• Create a new direct message with the members of the same DAO

Threads

• Create threads for both direct and channels messages

• Reply to a selected thread

• View all the threads created or tagged in
